Ink and watercolour 9 x 12 inch

To my amazement I won the 2015 Opus Outdoor Painting Challenge in Victoria!  I’m really excited about this! I was drawing from the top of the parking garage on Yates street. I had to draw while standing up to be able to see over the side walls. Very awkward, I have never drawn like that before. It was also quite warm and my first watercolour wash dried way too quick. I wasn’t really happy with the painting and not very optimistic. So it came as a big surprise when I was awarded first prize this year. Way to go!
